With great commitment and enthusiasm partner organizations from science/research, business and nursing/care sector worked for a total of 4,5 years on the interdisciplinary FFG flagship project “Linked Care – Continuous information provision in mobile nursing and care” to simplify the provision of information in mobile nursing and care with digital support. Together, they developed a practical, functional solution and tested it in practice. At the closing event on September 25, 2025, the solution and the numerous results of the successful collaboration were presented and discussed with experts. 

Together with the responsible stakeholders in the healthcare sector we will do everything in our power to ensure that the available solution is quickly put into practice!
